Note about DIN – The Nomination Form requests a DIN number. To confirm your number is correct please login into ABRS online (https://www.abrs.gov.au/director-identification-number/manage-your-director-id), click on “view person details” where the directors ID # is shown. Please print these details (both person details & entitlement details including ABRS logo) and submit them with your form.
